The purpose of Care Wise Consulting includes, but is not limited to residential and skilled nursing facility consultation and staff education. Care Wise Consulting will collaborate as a fee for service entity with individuals or facilities seeking guidance for quality improvement either at will or due to sanctioned requirements set forth by a regulatory or governing body. Care Wise Consulting will also offer staff training and education in areas specific to residential care to improve or gain statutory and regulatory compliance.  Care Wise Consulting will focus consulting within the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) level 50, 82, 83, 88, and 89 administrative code statutes. Care Wise Consulting may also consult, advise, or educate within other applicable DHS administrative codes when garnered by or referenced within the aforementioned DHS administrative code regulations.
