Fee Schedule: Consultant

Administrative Staff Development: $75.00

     Care standards are met with appropriately trained staff. Care Wise Consulting understands that not all managers and nurses come to every job with a wealth of experience or back ground in the personal care setting. Administrative compliance training is meant for those staff who may need development around DHS codes and their task assigned within them. Care wise will provide an experienced RN or Administrative staff to help them grow and thrive in their career. Topics for training include DHS code interpretation, care plan or ISP implementation, development and updating, medication and care oversight duties, and facilities code monitoring requirements. Administrative Compliance Training is meant for new hire Nurses, Administrators, or Supervisors who may not have a reference point for guidance as they initiate and grow their career.  Facilities contracting a minimum of 12 hours in  staff compliance development will have a 60 day point of contact reference for questions and concerns contractually included at no additional charge.

Registered Nurse  or Administrative Facilities Review: $85.00

     Facilities review is meant to assist facilities in limiting liability and potential states citation concerns. System and records reviews will assist to develop plans for quality improvement with focus on quality assurance. Services include, but are not limited to, employee file reviews, educational and training compliance, resident record reviews, ISP and care planning compliance, appropriate resident placement, and staffing structures. This service includes facilities review of compliance in areas contained within the residential facility including medical records, laundry, housekeeping, kitchen, utilities, storage, hallways, and resident gathering and living areas.

Registered Nurse  DHS Code Mandated Coverage: $90.00

     Mandated Coverage service entails state code regulations related to care plan development, resident assessments, medication systems review, psychiatric and PRN medication review as well as medication delegation.  The contracting facility will be provided with a copy of the RN License for facility use watermarked as contractual use for the contracted period. This service is meant to assist facilities in need of RN coverage in the event of sudden employee loss or leave. This is not a permanent contract proposal versus a limited term renewable contract at the discretion of both parties.  Contract length and hours vary based on facility size. Minimum contract hours may apply. Educational services are separate from the contract, however may entail reduced rates for hourly contract or educational service fees for training services provided to staff under state code mandates while a contract for mandated nurse coverage is active.

Sanctioned RN or Administrative Oversight: $135.00

     Sanctioned oversight is meant to include reparation of state mandated plans of correction based on survey findings. The overall focus is systems review, design or redevelopment, and implementation. A facility based approach is designed to address immediate and outlying concerns with a urgent focus placed on cited statutes. Fees include staff meetings and training times as designed into the plan of correction. Fees do not include any  education services that are mandated under the DHS codes for the care setting. These services may be provided at discount rates for contracting entities.  Hourly contract lengths vary based on need. Initial consult fee of $100.00 per hour of review (not to exceed 2 billable hours) applies.

Facilities Redevelopment and Remodel Consult: $500.00

     Facilities development and remodel aims to assure compliance with structural code and regulations. Fire suppression, water, HVAC, bathroom, shower, and room design are all integral into compliance with life safety codes. Consult is aimed to eliminate costly errors before they occur. Consult is a one time on site visit fee for up to 4 hours before plan development or after review of already developed projects prior to initiation.
